Refunds, Repairs, and Replacements
At Henri Zaya, we are committed to providing luxurious, handcrafted jewellery of the highest quality. All pieces are thoroughly inspected before shipment. However, if an item is found to be faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected, we will gladly offer a refund, repair, or replacement as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges:
• Faulty Products: If a manufacturing defect is identified within 30 days of purchase.
• Incorrect Item: If the wrong item was delivered.
• Not as Described: If the item differs from its description or advertised features.
Non-Refundable Situations:
• Change of mind.
• Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or general wear and tear.
Process:
1. Contact us at hello@henrizaya.com with your order number and details of the issue.
2. Provide photographic evidence if applicable.
3. We will assess your claim and respond within 5 business days.
Shipping Costs:
• For approved returns or repairs, Henri Zaya will cover all shipping costs.
